About Me

Hello and welcome! I’m Antonia, a Registered Nurse and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and I’m thrilled you’re here. My mission is to empower busy moms to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals, leading to a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My Journey

My passion for health and fitness started early, but it truly blossomed during my years as a Registered Nurse. I saw firsthand the profound impact that a healthy lifestyle can have on overall well-being.

This inspired me to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), allowing me to combine my medical expertise with my love for fitness.

My Personal Transformation

After giving birth to my last baby, I faced my own health challenges. I was overweight, on blood pressure medications, and had gestational diabetes. Determined to change my life, I embarked on a fitness and wellness journey. Since then, I’ve lost 100 pounds, no longer need blood pressure medication, and my diabetes is gone. My personal transformation fuels my passion to help others achieve their health goals.

Understanding the Struggle

I’ve struggled with managing my weight my whole life. I know firsthand the ups and downs, the frustrations, and the small victories that come with this journey. Because of these experiences, I can offer a deeper level of empathy and support. I understand where you’re coming from, and I’m here to help you navigate your own path to health and wellness.
